ORDER :
In the circumstances reported vide references 1st to 3rd read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 4th read above , the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director of Social Welfare , A.P. , Tadepalli , Guntur for an amount of Rs.25,88,000 / - ( Rupees Twenty five lakhs and eighty eight thousand only ) form B.E. provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulations and subject to obtaining the supplementary grants at appropriate time during the F.Y.2021-22 for meeting the expenditure towards 50 % of E.P Amount for the land acquired for the purpose of providing house sites to the weaker section families of Yanakandala Village , Banaganapalli Mandal , Kurnool District.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 4th read above .
3. The Director of Social Welfare , A.P , Tadepalli , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - Welfare - 1 ) Department, dated.22.09.2021 . vide their U.O Note No : FIN01 - FMU0PC ( WEL1 ) / 253 / 2020 , ( BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH )
