ORDER :
In the circumstances reported vide references 1st to 3rd read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 4th read above , the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director of Social Welfare , A.P. , Tadepalli , Guntur for an amount of Rs.89,45,000 / - ( Rupees Eighty nine lakhs and forty five thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y.2021-22 towards meeting the expenditure for payment of final decretal charges to deposit in the Senior Civil Judge Court , Adoni against L.A.O.P's No.25/2006 , 27/2006 , 63/2006 , 66/2006 , 67/2006 , 73/2006 , 75/2006 & 77/2006 (8O.Ps) of Yemmiganur Village and Mandal , Kurnool District , for the land acquired to an extent of 19.20 acres for providing house sites to the weaker sections .
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 4th read above .
3. The Director of Social Welfare , A.P , Tadepalli , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - Welfare - 1 ) Department , vide their U.O Note No : FIN01- FMU0PC ( WEL1 )/ 2 / 2018 - SO ( FMU (WF I ) ) - FIN , dated.22.09.2021 .
