ORDER:
In the circumstances reported vide references 1st to 2nd read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 3rd read above , the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director of Social Welfare, A.P. , Tadepalli , Guntur for an amount of Rs.67,81,000 /- ( Rupees Sixty seven lakhs and eighty one thousand only ) from the B.E provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure of 20% of the balance land compensation amount for the land acquired to an extent of Ac.17.41 in Sy . No.405 in Duggirala Village and Mandal , Guntur District for providing House Sites to the weaker sections .
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O 3rd read above .
3. The Director of Social Welfare , A.P, Tadepalli , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - Welfare - 1 ) Department , vide their U.O. No : FIN01 - FMU0ASD ( WEL1 ) / 75 / 2021 , dated.07.10.2021 .
