2. The retirements notified above are without prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending against them as on the date of their retirement and also that the disciplinary proceedings , if any , instituted against them shall continue under Article 351 (A ) of Pension Code and Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules , 1980 , even after their retirement .
3. The Engineer - in- Chief, Panchayat Raj , AP, Vijayawada shall take necessary steps for relief of the officers on the dates on which they are due to retire from service.
