ORDER :
In the G.O 2nd read above, orders were issued approving panel of Deputy Executive Engineers , Panchayat Raj for promotion to the post of Executive Engineer , PR for the panel year 2020-21.
2. Accordingly, under Rule 10(a) of the A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules , 1996, the following Deputy Executive Engineers are hereby promoted to the post of Executive Engineer , PR for the panel year 2020-21 in the scale of pay of Rs.49,870/- Rs.1,00,770/- plus usual allowances admissible under rules in force from time to time. On promotion as Executive Engineer (PR) , the following postings as shown against each are ordered, in relaxation of Rule 6 of APS & SS Rules , 1996 and in relaxation of orders issued in G.O. 1st read above :

4. The above Officers should join in the promotion post of Executive Engineer within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he/ she fails to join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise , within the stipulated time, he/ she shall forfeit all his/her rights both for the present and future for the post of Executive Engineer without any notice in terms of Rule 11 (b) of the A.P. State and Sub- ordinate Service Rules , 1996 read with G.O.Ms.No.145 , General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated: 15.06.2004.
5. TheEngineer - in - Chief, Panchayat Raj , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action and intimate the date of relief/joining of the above officers to Government for information and record.
