ORDER: -
Whereas , in the proceedings 1st read above , orders were issued placing the A.O - 1 Smt . Pothala Manemma , CDPO , ICDS Project , Viyyampeta , Kothavalasa , Vizianagaram District and the A.O - 2 Sri Gundu Venkata Kanaka Venugopal , Senior Assistant , ICDS Project , Viyyampeta , Kothavalasa , Vizianagaram District , under suspension , as per sub rule ( 1 ) of Rule - 8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC &A ) Rules , 1991 , since both were arrested on 16.12.2019 at 15.15 hours , when they demanded and accepted bribe amount of Rs.85,000/- from the complainant .
2. As the investigation in this case has been completed and it is more than one year since the date of suspension , now , therefore , the Government in exercise of the powers conferred under clause ( c ) of sub - rule ( 5 ) of Rule - 8 of the A.P.C.S (CC&A) Rules , 1991 , hereby revokes the said order of suspension , without prejudice to the Criminal / Disciplinary cases pending against them , with immediate effect.
3. The Director , W.D. & C.W . , A.P. , Guntur , is therefore , requested to take immediate necessary action to post them in a far off place in a non - focal post duly directing the next higher officer to keep a strict watch over their performance and to report , till further orders .
