- After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order for alienation of land to an extent Ac.2.02 cts. in T.S. No. {{^{{FOOTNOTE 660}}}}/ {{^{{FOOTNOTE 44}}}} of Eluru Town and Mandal for establishment of Tertiary Health Care Centre (Health Hub) Multi/Super Specialty Hospital in favour of APIIC on free of cost as per G.O. Ms. No.106, Revenue (Assn.I) Dept., dated 16.03.2017 and subject to following conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO-{{^{{FOOTNOTE 24}}}} and G.O.Ms.No.571, Revenue (Assn.1)Dept, dt. 14-09-2012 and additional conditions that APIIC turn may follow their own prescribed guidelines and GOs issued in this regard from time to time, for further land allotment: i. In case, if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist, they should not ii. The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of ii. For violation of conditions as well as non-utilization of land, the District Collector of District concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee. iv.
