NOTIFICATIONS BY ° GOVERNMENT
ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above , the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and Special Chief Secretary , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada has stated that the District Collector , East Godavari , Kakinada vide hisletter dated 11.02.2022 has submitted the proposal for alienation of land measuring an extent of Ac.2.00 cts. in Sy.No.386-3 of the DowlaiswaramVillage , Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal in favour of APIIC for establishment of Multi/Super Specialty Hospital on free of cost in terms of G.0.Ms. No.571 , Revenue ( Assn.I ) Dept. ,dt. 14.09.2012 .
2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and Special Chief
Secretary, A.P. , Vijayawada , has further stated that the proposal of the District Collector was placed before the APLMA for approval, A.P.L.M.A. was held on 28.03.2022 . In the said meeting A.P.L.M.A. resolved and recommended as proposed by the District Collector , East Godavari for alienation of land measuring an extent of Ac.2.00 cts . in Sy.No.386-3 of Dowlaiswaram Village , Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal in favour of APIIC for establishment of Multi/Super Specialty Hospital on free of cost subject to certain conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO- 24 and 3. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby order foralienation of land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cts. in Sy.No.386-3 of the Dowlaiswaram Village , Rajamahendravaram Rural Mandal in favour of APIIC for establishment of Multi/Super Specialty Hospital on free of cost subject to following conditions in addition to the conditions under BSO - 24 and G.O.Ms.No.571 , Revenue (Assn.1 ) Dept ,dt. 14-09-2012:
Scanned with CamScanner i . A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. , (APIIC ) , in turn , may follow their own prescribed guidelines for further land allotment . They may also follow Government Orders issued in this regard , from time to time.
ii . In case, if any environmentally sensitive and fragile areas like water bodies exist , they should not be disturbed under anycircumstances .
iii . The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is allotted within three years of the orders of alienation.
iv . For violation of conditions as well as non - utilisation of land , theDistrict Collector of District concerned would be the authority to cancel and resume the land from the allottee .
V. The water bodies , if any , existing in the land shall not be disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural course .
vi . The existing roads/ rastas shall not be disturbed or otherwise alternate arrangement shall be made .
4. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada and the District Collector, East Godavari District , Kakinada shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter .
