1 ) G.O.Ms.No.20 , Ind . & Comm . ( Infra ) Dept. , date : 09.05.2022 .
2) D.O. No.National Master Plan / Logistics/ 2021 , dated 21.12.2021 of Special Secretary ( Logistics ) of DPIIT , Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department , Government of India .
In the reference 1st cited , the Government have constituted the Empowered Group of Secretaries and State Network Planning Group in line with Government of India Initiative to develop integrated State Master Plan depicting , the economic zones and multi modal connectivity infrastructure , integrating the interventions of Central / State Ministries / Departments and address missing gaps to ensure seamless movement of people , goods and services .
2. Further , Government of India have informed that a Technical Support Unit has been constituted in the Logistics Division of DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and requested the States to constitute similar type of Group at State Level .
3. In pursuance of the guidelines issued in the reference 2nd cited, the Technical Support Unit needs to be formed to provide the technical and project management support to the state for operationalising the PM GatiShakti State Master Plan .
4. Accordingly , the Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby constitute a Technical Support Unit , with the following officers from various stakeholder departments , having domain knowledge , with provision to hire subject experts from open market , as per the procedure in vogue , based on the requirement .
i . Sri G. Kanthu , Chief Engineer ( R & B ) , who is working on deputation in APADCL as Chief General Manager ( Engineering ) will head the unit .
ii . Sri G.J.V.N.M. Nagabhushanam , General Manager , APIIC .
iii . Kum . M.B. Padmasreni , EE , Maritime Division ( Machilipatnam ) , Maritime Board .
iv . Subject Experts to be hired from open Market for the unit .
