NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE ( INFRA ) DEPARTMENT

Read the following:
1.Minutes of SIPB Meeting held on 12.05.2022 received vide Lr.No.SIPB / P & I/ 2022 / 1 , dt.12.05.2022 of Ind & Com ( P & I ) Dept.
2.From the VC & MD , APIIC Ltd. , Single File No.APIIC - 17/ 109 / 2022 - ASSET MGMT- APIIC , dt.18.06.2022 .
3.From the VC & MD , APIICLtd. , Lr.No.APIIC/ AMW / 2022 , dt.20.06.2022 .
ORDER :
In the reference 1stread above , the SIPB in its Meeting held on 12.05.2022 decided that " all the land allotments made by APIIC below 50 Acres , shall be placed before the cabinet for ratification , while all other land allotments of 50 Acres and above , shall be placed before the Cabinet for approval as per the existing procedure . "
2. Accordingly , the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APIIC Ltd. , vide reference 2nd and 3rd read above , sent a proposal along with a list of 35 units approved by the State Land Allotment Committee ( SLAC ) in its Meetings held on 16.05.2022 & 17.06.2022 and the District Industrial and Export Promotion Committee ( DIEPC ) in its Meetings held on 19.05.2022 ( Tirupathi District ) & 31.05.2022 ( Kurnool District ) , for allotment of land , as appended in Annexure -I .
3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APIICLtd. , while quoting the decision of SIPB Meeting held on 12.05.2022 has therefore requested the Government for ratification of the action taken by APIIC for allotment of lands below 50 Acres , to 35 units through SLAC and DIEPCS .
4. Government , after careful examinationof the matter, hereby ratify the allotments made by APIIC , as per the list in Annexure -I , except ( i ) M / s.Sundaram Alloys Ltd. , Anakapalli ; ( ii ) M/ s.Eda Pharma ( P) Ltd. , Anakapalli ; ( iii ) M / s . The Ramco Cements Ltd. , Nandyal ; and (iv ) M / s.Lee Fine Chem ( P ) Ltd. , Anakapalli .
6. Further , it was decided that all the APIIC land allotments in Urban Local Body ( ULB ) areas and the land allotments of more than 5.00 Acres in other areas shall be taken - up at Government level .
7. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. , shall take necessary action accordingly.
