ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above , Government have accorded approval in favour of M / s . Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited , for change in line of activity from DAP/ Complex Fertilizers to Bio - Ethanol project in an extent of 100 Acres and extension of time for 30 months for implementation of the project , subject to regular EOT norms of APIIC .
2. M / s.Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited in letter 2nd read above requested to permit them to implement the Ethanol project through KRIBHCOS SPV Green Energy Private Limited , a 100 % subsidiary to KRIBнсо . M/ s.KRIBHCO 3. The request of the company was placed before State investment Promotion Board ( SIPB ) meeting held on 05.09.2022 with the recommendations of State Investment Promotion Committee ( SIPC ) in its meeting held on 29.08.2022 .
4. SIPB has discussed the proposal and agreed for change of name from M/ s.Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited to M/ s.KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited , so as to enable them to implement the Ethanol project through their SPV , while all other conditions remain the same .
5. Government after careful examination of the decision of the State Investment Promotion Board ( SIPB ) , hereby approves the change of the name from M/ s.Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited to M/ s.KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited (SPV) , subject to condition that M/ s.KRIBHCO Green Energy Private Limited shall continue to be the 100% subsidiary of the M/ s . KRIBHCO till implementation of the project , while all other conditions remain the same .
6. TheDirector of Industries , A.P. , Mangalagiri , Guntur District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APIICLtd. , Mangalagiri , shall take necessary action accordingly and intimate the status of the progress of the work done by the unit from time to time to the Government .
