6. From the Special Secretary ( Logistics ) , Department for promotion of Industry and Internal Trade , Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GOI , D.O.No.National Master Plan /Logistics /2021 , dt.06.09.2022 .
ORDER:
In the G.O. 5th read above , revised comprehensive orders were issued including additional members in the Empowered Group of Secretaries , Network Planning Group and Technical Support Unit for effective implementation of PM Gati Shakti State Master Plan in supersession of the orders issued in the reference 3rd and 4th read above .
2. In the reference 6th cited , the Spl . Secretary (Logistics ) , DPIIT , Ministry of Commerce & Industry , GoI . , New Delhi , has issued Terms of Reference for Network Planning Group wherein , they have added the following proposals in the Terms of Reference of Network Planning Group which are not covered in G.O.5th read above, to ensure the adoption of PM Gati Shakti principles at State Level .
i. Projects of infrastructure connectivity Ministries which are costing more than Rs.500 Crore included under multi modal infrastructure classification , where DPRs have either been completed or in advanced stage :
ii . All major new connectivity / network proposals of infrastructure connectivityMinistries involving cost of more than Rs.500 Crore or those that are vitalor critical from multi modal connectivity point of view to be so determined by the Logistics Division/ NPG;
iii . Further , NPG may also recommend critical multi modal connectivity project proposals which are even not recommended by any line Ministry to ensure proper integration and may also examine projects with reference to tourism development.
3. Accordingly, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issue amendment to G.O. 5th read above duly including the above proposals in the Terms of Reference for State Network Planning Group :
The Revised ToR for State NPG is as follows :
i. The group will be responsible for sharing their specific Action Plans 2022- 23 to 2024-25 with each other for facilitating integration of networks , enhance optimization through modification/expansion /new network creation to avoid duplication of works for holistic development of any region as well as reducing logistics costs through micro - plan detailing.

ii . This group shall after examining all the interventions proposed to be taken by various Departments / Ministries will delineate all projects where synchronization of efforts is required and propose any changes in the PM GatiShakti NMP, for consideration and approval of the EGOS .
iii . The nodal officers of the concerned Ministry/Department will be responsible to ensure that the data inputs of the progress pertaining to the respective Ministry have been correctly mapped in the PM GatiShakti NMP through the individual applications provided by BISAG- N.
iv. Projects of infrastructure connectivity Ministries which are costing more than Rs.500 Crore included under multi modal infrastructure classification , where DPRs have either been completed or in advanced stage:

4. The Director of Industries , Mangalagiri and the VC & MD , APIIC Ltd. , Mangalagiri , shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
