ORDER:- NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT
In the reference 3rd read above, the Commissioner , Rural Development ,, AP , has submitted that Smt . S.SuryaKumari , Scientist ( GW ) / AO EGS has applied for medical reimbursement in (2) spells for Rs.1,03,950/- ( Rupees One lakh three thousand nine hundred and fifty only) and for Rs.5,20,297 / - ( Rupees five lakhs twenty thousand two hundred and ninety seven only) for the expenses incurred by her treatment towards left suclavianartery embolectomy surgery from 04.03.2018 to 07.03.2018 and for MVR+ TR + CABG ( mitral Valve replacement ) from 16.03.2018 to 26.03.2018 respectively in Apollo Hospitals , Jubilee Hills , Hyderabad . The medical bills were forwarded by the O/ o Director , RD to the CEO, NTR VaidyaSeva Trust , Guntur, for indicating the net admissible amount to the individual towards medical reimbursement .
2. He has further submitted that the CEO , Dr.NTR Vaidyaseva Trust , Guntur vide references 4th & 5th read above , has scrutinized the medical bills and indicated net admissible amount of Rs.32,100/- (limited to ceiling in terms of G.O.Ms.No74, HM &FW Dept. ,GO.Ms.No.180 & GO.Ms. No : 105 , HM & F Dept. , dt.09.04.2007 ) out of Gross admissible amount of Rs.96,650/- for 1st spell , and Rs.2,00,000 /- (limited to ceiling in terms of G.O.Ms. No.74, HM & FW Dept. , GO.Ms.No.180 & GO.Ms.No.105, HM &FW Dept. , dt: 09.04.2007) out of Gross admissible amount of Rs.4,96,897/- for 2nd spell towards reimbursement to the individual . Accordingly , the O/ o Commissioner, RD has sanctioned totalRs.2,32,000 / - ( Rupees two lakh twelve thousand only) to the individual . Now the individual is requesting to forward her representation to the Government for sanction of balance medical expenses of Rs.3.92,247/-( Rupees three lakh ninety two thousand two hundred forty seven only).
3. He has forwarded the representation of the above individual and therefore requested the Government to issue necessary orders for sanction of balance amount of Rs.3,92,247/- ( Rupees Three lakhs ninety two thousand two hundred forty sevenonly) duly relaxing the rules in favour of Smt . S. Surya Kumari , Scientist (GW) / AO , EGS as a special case on humanitarian grounds .
