ORDER: -
In the G.O. 11th read above , Government have included certain names of eligible Mandal Parishad Development Officers in Panchayat Raj Department , fit for promotion to the post of Divisional Development Officers for the panel year 2021-22 duly following the ROR and other rules in vogue and in the said G.O. , the name of Smt.M.Malleswari , MPDO , was included in the Panel against R.P. 121 and mentioned in the remarks that deferred . Her promotion has been deferred until the termination of disciplinary proceedings pending against her .
2. In the reference 14th read above , the CPR & RD , AP , Tadepalli , has submitted that the pending disciplinary case pending against Smt.M.Malleswari , MPDO , was dropped vide Govt Memo No.PRRO1 - PROPVIG (VAE) ) 10 / 2022 - VIG - IV dt. 13.04.2022 & their Office proceedings No.1520881 / 471309 /CPR & RDAVIG12007 , Dt : 27.04.2022 . He has further submitted that as on date there are no pending disciplinary cases against her . She requested to include her name in the promotion list and to consider her to the post of APD in DWMA office , Kurnool District .

Accordingly, Under rule 10 (a) of A.P State and Subordinate Service Rules , 1996 , read with G.O.Ms No.347 , PR & RD (E - VI) Dept. , dated 21.11.2001 & G.O.Ms.No.72 , PR& RD (Estt.V) Department, Dt.06.10.2021 , Smt . M. Malleswari , MPDO is hereby temporarily promoted as Divisional Development Officer , under category 4( a) of Class A of A.P Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Service 5 . In the reference 7th read above , the Government have earmarked certain posts to the MPDOs in the O / o Commissioner , PR & RD and in DWMAs in the State to work on deputation / OD Basis on their promotion to the next higher cadre , subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria prescribed for the posts .
6. Smt.M.Malleswari , MPDO , is posted as Assistant Project Director , DWMA , Aluru Cluster, Kurnool District , in the existing vacancy , deputation / OD basis . on 7. The above promotion is also subject to joining of the Officer in the promoted post within the stipulated time of ( 15 ) fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment on specified in rule 11 ( b) of A.P State and Subordinate Service Rules , 1996 failing which he / she would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of Divisional Development Officer .
8. The Commissioner , Panchayat Raj and Rural Development , A.P , Tadepalli , is requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
