ORDER :
In the G.O. 9th read above , Government have allocated an amount of Rs.100 Crores ( Rupees one Hundred crores ) to the APIIC Ltd. , under the Head of MH 800 Other Expenditure SH 17 APIIC D.H. 310 Grants- in- Aid , S.D.H. - 312 Other Grants - in - Aid for the four quarters of the Financial Year 2022-23 towards payment of interest on term loans and repayment of principal component on the term loans availed by the Corporation with the guarantee of GoAP .
2. In their proposals 10th & 11th read above , the APIIC Ltd. , has informed that , budget to a tune of Rs.100.00 Crores was made under the Ind . & Comm . Department , A.P. Secretariat under the " HoA 2875-60- 800-0-17-310-312 - VN " for the F.Y. 2022-23 towards payment of interest on term loans and repayment of principal component on theterm loans availed by the corporation with the guarantee of GoAP and the same is available through the DDO Code : 27001701013 pertaining to Asst Secy . to Govt . & DDO , Ind . & Com Dept , GoAP . The APIIC Ltd. , has therefore , requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for Rs.100,00,00,000/ - from the Budget Provision for the F.Y. 2022-23 for credit of the same into the P.D. A/ c ofthe Corporation , so as to enable them for making interest & principle repayments of the term loan from the month of April , 2022 .
Ρ.Τ.Ο 3 . Government , after careful examination of the matter and in pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 9th read above , hereby accord Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000 / - ( Rupees One Hundred Crores only ) from the Budget Provision for the F.Y. 2022-23 under the Head of Account 2875-60-800- SH - 17 APIIC - 310-312- Grants - in- Aid , for payment of interest on the amount deposited in the PD Account of the Corporation .
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3 ) above , shall be debited from the Head of Account " 2875608000017310312 " under the BE - 2022-23 and is transferable to the APIIC Ltd. , and the Assistant Secretary to Government and Drawing & Disbursing Officer , Industries & Commerce Department , is authorized to adjust the above sanctioned amount to the P.D. Account No.16 / CRT of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited , Mangalagiri , Guntur District .
5. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. , shall take necessary further action in the matter.
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.I & C ) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-45027 / 166 / 2018 - SO ( FMU ( REV , I ) ) Computer No.481065 ) , dt.25.08.2022 .
