1. From the Project Director , VCICDP , e.File No : INC02/ 23 / 2021- PMU - VCIC , ( Computer No. 1500159 ) , dated.14.09.2021 .
2. G.O.Rt.No.3204 , Finance ( FMU - I & I , Energy , I & C ) Dept. , dated 31.05.2022 .
ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above , the Project Director , VCICDP , has requested the Government for re - creation of HOA : 4875-60-800-03- 08-350-351 for FY 2021-22 as was done during the FY 2020-21 and allocation of a Budget of Rs.1.10 Crs . , towards making payments of bills of NGOs for FY 2021-22 .
2. In the G.O 2nd read above , the Finance ( FMU - I & I , Energy , I & C ) Department have issued Budget Release Orders for an amount of Rs . 1,10,00,000 / - ( Rupees One Crore ten lakh only ) as Additional funds in relaxation of treasury control orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards making payments of bills of NGOs for the FY 2021-22 by ADB assisted VCICDP under the following :

In pursuance of the Budget Release order issued by the Finance Department , Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Project Director , VCICDP , for an amount of Rs.1,10,00,000/ - (Rupees One Crore ten lakh ) from the BE provision 2022-23 towards making payments of bills of NGOs for the FY 2021-22 by VCICDP under Heads of account as indicated in para ( 2 ) above .
4. The Project Director , VCICDP , A.P , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action in the matter duly following all the Treasury and Finance Rules in force .
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - I & I , Energy and I & C ) Department , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0BES ( IC ) / 6 / 2021- FMU - IIEIC , dt.01.06.2022 . ( Computer . No : 1525604).
