Lands APIIC Ltd - Allotment of 5.00 Acres of land in APIIC Layout at Pudi and Tada Villages ofSPSR Nellore District on free of cost in favour of M / s.ESI Corporation for construction of 100 bedded Hospital at Sri City in the interest of ESI beneficiaries - Orders - Issued .

From the VC & MD , APIICLtd. , Single File No.APIIC - 17 / 184 / 2020 - ASSETMGMT - APIIC & Letter dated 31.03.2022 .
ORDER:
In the reference read above , the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APIICLtd. , has stated that the Director , Insurance Medical Services Department ( IMSD) vide his Lr.dt.12.06.2018 , has informed that , the present strength of insured persons in Sri City and in & around of Sri City , Nellore , has reached 50,000 and if land is provided by the State Government , ESI , will construct the 100 bedded Hospital Buildings with Govt . of India funds as informed vide ESI Corporation Lr.No.U - 16132 /8 / 2018 / Chikitsa / III (A.P ) , dt.05.03.2019. The Director , IMSD , has requested to allot 5.00 Acres of land so as to provide better medical care to the insured persons and their families . Accordingly , the proposal was placed before 233rd Board Meeting of APIIC held on 10.03.2022 and the Board resolved that " consent of the Board be and is hereby given recommending the request of the ESI Corporation for allotment of 5.00 Acs of land at free of cost by the Government, with two approach roads i.e. , one is from Sri City and other one is from NH - 16 at Pudi and Tada Villages of SPSR Nellore District , for construction of 100 bedded hospital with funds of ESI . "
2. The VC & MD , APIIC Ltd. , has therefore requested the Government to examine the proposal of the ESI Corporation for allotment of land of 5.00 Acres of land in APIIC Layout at Pudi and Tada Villages of SPSR Nellore District on free of cost .
3. Government , after careful examination of the proposal hereby decided to allot 5.00 Acres of land in APIIC Layout at Pudi and Tada Villages of SPSR Nellore District on free of cost in favour of M / s.ESI Corporation , for construction of 100 bedded Hospital at Sri City in the interest of ESI beneficiaries .
4. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P. Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited ( APIIC ) , shall take further necessary action in the matter , accordingly.
