4. G.O.Rt.No.3458 , Finance ( FMU - I & I , Energy, I& C) Dept. , dated.14.07.2022 .
ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above , the Project Director , VCICDP . , has requested the Government to issue BRO for the HOAs of VCICDP and accord permission to the Project Director , VCICDP - PMU to incur the expenditure in relaxation of quarterly regulations .
2. In pursuance of the Budget Release Orders issued vide G.O. 2nd read above , Administrative Sanction accorded for an amount of Rs.3,03,73,000/ - ( Rupees Three Crore Three Lakh and Seventy Three Thousand) , for 1ST quarter of F.Y.2022-23 Vide G.O. 3rd read above .
3. The PD . , VCICDP - PMU , has submitted a detailed justification for release of balance 3 quarters amounts in relaxation of quarterly regulations towards meeting the expenditure under various heads of EAP VCICDP . In the reference 4th read above , Finance (FMU - I & I , Energy , I& C) Department have issued Budget Release Orders for an amount of Rs.9,13,75,000/ - from the BE 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards meeting the expenditure under the following by Project Director , VCICDP - PMU ,

4. In pursuance of the Budget Release order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Project Director , VCICDP . , for an amount of Rs.9,13,75,000/ - from the BE 2022-23 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards meeting the expenditure under the Heads of account as indicated in para (3 ) above .
5. The Project Director , VCICDP . , A.P. , Vijayawada, shall take further necessaryaction in the matter duly following relevant Rules in force .
6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Dept.vide their U.O.No.FIN01- FMUORBAB ( IC ) / 3 / 2022 - FMU - IIEIC , ( Comp No.1719737) , dt.15.07.2022 .
