Sajjad Ahamed , Livestock Assistant , Area Veterinary Hospital , Kovur , Nellore District , towards treatment of his son for " MULTI SYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME IN CHILDREN " during the period from 15.06.2021 to 21.06.2021 at Kanchi Kamakoti Childs trust Hospitals , Chennai , which isunrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA rules 1972 - Orders - Issued .

ORDER: -
In the reference 6th read above , the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , has submitted the Medical Reimbursement Claim in respect of Sri Sk . Sajjad Ahamed , Livestock Assistant , Area Veterinary Hospital , Kovur , Nellore District , towards treatment of his son for " MULTI SYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME IN CHILDREN " during the period from 15.06.2021 to 21.06.2021 at Kanchi Kamakoti Childs trust Hospitals , Chennai , which is unrecognized Hospital and incurred an amount of Rs.2,30,360/- . The Chief Executive Officer , Dr.YSR AHCT, Guntur has issued admissibility for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- out of the total amount incurred by the individual , duly informing that the claim may be allowed on getting relaxation from the Government since the treatment was obtained in an unrecognized hospital . The Director , Animal Husbandry has therefore , requested the Government to issue necessary relaxation orders in the matter .
2. Government after examination , hereby accord permission to the Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , to sanction an amount of Rs.1,80,000 /- (One Lakh and Eighty Thousand Rupees only) (i.e. after imposing 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.2,00,000/ - on account of treatment taken in an Unrecognized Hospital ) to Sri Sk. Sajjad Ahamed , Livestock Assistant , Area Veterinary Hospital , Kovur , Nellore District , towards treatment of his son for " MULTI SYSTEM INFLAMMATORY SYNDROME IN CHILDREN " during the period from 15.06.2021 to 21.06.2021 at Kanchi Kamakoti Childs trust Hospitals , Chennai , which is unrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA rules 1972 , as amended from time to time .

3. The Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further necessary action accordingly .
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department , vide their U.O.No.FMUOPC ( HMF2 ) /214/FMU.HM&FW/2022 , Computer No : 1724669 , dated: 16.05.2022 .
