ORDER:
In the proceedings 2nd and G.O 3rd read above , disciplinary proceedings were initiated against Sri J.D.Ravindranath , Tahsildar , Visakhapatnam ( Retd. ) , under Rule - 20 read with Rule -24 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services ( Classification Control & Appeal ) Rules , 1991 on the allegations of misrepresentation of facts and misplacement of records with an intention of cancellation of assignments in respect of Sy. No. 16 of Yendada Village by framing of Articles of Charge against him . In reply , vide his representation 4th read above , the Charged Officer has submitted his written statement of defence and after examination of the same , the District Revenue Officer , Visakhapatnam and Revenue Divisional Officer , Visakhapatnam were appointed as Enquiry Authority and Presenting Officer respectively vide references 5th and 6th cited , to inquire into the charges framed against him .
2. TheDistrict Revenue Officer , Visakhapatnam cum Inquiry Authority , after conducting enquiry has submitted his enquiry report in the letter 7th read above , stating that the charge against the charged officer , Sri J.D. Ravindranath , Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam ( Retd . ), as not held proved.
3. In Govt . , Memo 8th read above , a copy of the enquiry report was communicated to the charged officer , Sri J.D. Ravindranath , Tahsildar , Visakhapatnam (Retd. ), and in reply, the Charged Officer has submitted his explanation vide reference 9th read above .
4. Government , after careful examination of the enquiry report and the explanation submitted thereon by the charged officer , Sri J.D. Ravindranath , Tahsildar , Visakhapatnam (Retd. ) , have decided to drop further action against him , in this matter .
5 . Accordingly, Government hereby drop further action against Sri J.D.Ravindranath , Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam ( Retd. ) , in the charges framed against him in this matter .
6. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration , Andhra Pradesh , Mangalagiri / District Collector , Visakhapatnam shall take necessary action accordingly.
