ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur in the letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur for an amount of Rs.1,000 / - ( Rupees One Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2022-23 towards payment of ex-gratia to the family of deceased employees .

2. The amount sanctioned in para - 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above .
3. The Commissioner of Sericulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance ( FMU.A & C , AHDD & F , CS ) Department vide their U.O.No : FINO1 - FMUOBES ( AC ) / 14 / 2022- FMU - AC - CS -AH , dt : 14.11.2022 .
