From the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur , No.APMIP / Tech / 392 / 2022 , Dt: 29.08.2022 & 30.09.2022 . Letter ORDER :
Pradhan In the letter read above , the Commissioner of Horticulture A.P. , Guntur has stated that M / s Sujay Irrigation Pvt . Ltd. , Bangalore ; M / s Skipper Metzer India LLP , Hyderabad and M / s Sudhakar Irrigation Systems ( P) Ltd. , SPSR Nellore have submitted the proposals for empanelment for supply of Sprinkler Systems under Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project ( APMIP ) Mantri Krishi Sincahayee Yojana ( PMKSY) [ Per Drop More Crop (PDMC) / Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY) ] together with all required documents. The Technical Inspection team inspected the premises of above companies and recommended for empanelment for supply of Sprinklers based on their production capacities , infrastructure facilities and quality control lab facilities available .

2. The Commissioner of Horticulture , Guntur has also stated that , the above companies were registered under Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project ( APMIP) for supply of Drip systems and their performance is satisfactory . The Companies have the BIS certification and manufacturing facilities for manufacturing Sprinkler Systems as per standards . The targeted area for the year 2022-23 for Micro Irrigation is 1.50 lakh hectares and would like to saturate the potential area available in the State in next few years . It needs more MI Companies for achieving the level of saturation of State with Micro Irrigation . Therefore , the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur has requested to empanel the three MI companies i.e. ( 1 ) M / s Sujay Irrigation Pvt Ltd. , Bangalore , ( 2 ) M / s Skipper Metzer India LLP , Hyderabad and ( 3 ) M / s Sudhakar Irrigation Systems ( P) Ltd , SPSR Nellore to supply Sprinkler Irrigation Systems under Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project ( APMIP) ( Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sincahayee Yojana ( PMKSY ) Per Drop More Crop ( PDMC) / Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY) ] from 2022-23 onwards .
3. Government , after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord permission to empanel the following three Micro Irrigation Companies to supply Sprinkler Irrigation Systems under Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project ( APMIP) [ Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sincahayee Yojana ( PMKSY) Per Drop More Crop ( PDMC) / Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana ( RKVY) ] from 2022-23 onwards .
