ORDER:

In the G 1s read above, Government have issued orders for administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.411.50 Lakhs (Rupees Four Crores Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) for the work "Permanent restoration of Gate No.5, installation of Stop-log elements and other damaged items during NIVAR Cyclone flood at Annamayya Project Dam across Cheyyeru River near Badanagadda (V), Rajampet (M) of Kadapa District" in relaxation of FRBM norms subject to certain conditions.

³. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accorded administrative approval for the work "Permanent restoration with NOF Concrete dam and providing additional spillway for Annamayya Project near Badanagadda (V), Rajampet Mandal of Annamayya District" for an amount of Rs.787.77 Crores (Rupees seven hundred and eighty seven Crores and Seventy seven lakhs only) in relaxation of FRBM norms, duly cancelling the GO Rt.No.15, dt.10.01.2022 to avoid duplication subject to the following conditions:-

1. The correctness of the provisions, quantities, leads & rages proposed in the estimate 2. The design/drawings for the proposed NOF dam and Additional spillway (for Civil & mechanical components) may be got approved by the CE/CDO) 3. The sand rates may be adopted as per the latest sand policy of the Govt. ⁴. Detailed estimates/competitive quotations may be supported for the LS
