2. TheDistrict Collector , YSR District and Chairman , PADA in the reference 3rd read above, has Informed that the works are in brisk progress and during the execution of works , it was found that there was need for change in some components of the Model Town Projects to meet architectural requirements which necessitates re - appropriation of Budget . The proposed changes have been discussed and finalized during the weekly review meetings . Accordingly, the proposals have been worked out for Re - Appropriation of Budget within the overall budget of Rs.651.19 crores .
3. The District Collector , YSR District has requested the Government that the following re- allocation of the administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.133.38 crores for certain project components in Pulivendula for development of Pulivendula as Model Town instead of earlier administrative sanction of Rs.103.98 crores as stated below:

4. After careful examination of the proposal of the District Collector and Chairman PADA, YSR District , the Government hereby accord revised administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.133.38 crores ( Rupees One hundred and Thirty Three Crores and Thirty Eight Lakhs only) for the project component as detailed below: -
