Whereas common proceedings have been ordered against the said Government servants vide G.O. 2nd read above , by framing Articles of Charges vide G.Os. 3rd read above and in reply to the charges , the said Government servants have submitted their Written Statements of Defence , vide representations 4th read above;
3. And whereas , in the G.O. 5th read above , Sri R.P.Thakur , IPS ( Retd . ) , Member, Commissionerate of Inquiries has been appointed as Inquiring Authority for conducting inquiry into the said charges framed against the said Sri M.Ashok Kumar , Joint Sub Registrar - I and 10 others ;
4. And whereas , it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case on behalf of the disciplinary authority in support of the articles of charges against the above said ( 11 ) officers ;
5. Now, therefore , the disciplinary authority in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 5 ) ( c) of rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services ( Classification , Control & Appeal ) Rules , hereby appoint Sri S.Srinivasa Rao , Advocate as Presenting Officer to present the case before the Inquiring Authority , on behalf of
