ORDER:
In the G.Os. 2nd & 3rd read above , orders were issued for creation of ( 5701 ) posts and filling up of ( 1349 ) posts of Assistant Professors , ( 392) posts of Civil Assistant Surgeon (CAS ) and also filling of Eight Hundred and Four ( 804 ) Existing vacancies of Assistant Professors , Civil Assistant Surgeon (CAS ) and Dental Assistant Surgeon ( DAS) under the administrative control of Director of Medical Education , APVVP and Director of Public Health & Family Welfare for proper functioning of the health institutions also for effective delivery of health services in the State subject to the conditions mentioned therein . Among others , Rs.53,500/ - has been fixed as consolidated pay to the post of CAS ( Specialist ) & CAS ( General ) .

2. In the G.O.4th read above , the Government have enhanced the consolidated pay from Rs.53,500/ - to Rs.85,000/ - per month to the CAS ( Specialists ) under the administrative Control of APVVP & treat the probation period as ( 2 ) years instead of ( 3) years as per the existing Service Rules .
3. In the G.O.5th read above , Government have also enhanced the consolidated pay amount from Rs.53,500/ - to Rs.85,000/ - per monthmor to the Civil Assistant Surgeons , who were recruited as per G.O.s 2nd & 3rd read above under the control of DPH& FW .
4. In the circumstances reported by the Director , HFW , A.P. , in the proposal 6th read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby issue order for enhancement of consolidated pay from Rs.53,500/- to Rs.85,000/ - per month in respect of Civil Assistant Surgeons ( General ) working under the administrative control of APVVP , who were recruited as per G.Os 2nd & 3rd read above with effect from 1st December , 2022 till their probation is declared .
5. The Director , Health & Family Welfare/ Commissioner , APVVP shall take further necessary action accordingly .
6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Dept. , vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - HROPDPP ( REW ) / 38 / 2022 ( Computer . No.1874488 ) , Dt : 07.11.2022 .
