ORDER : -
In the reference 1st read above , Government have accorded permission for procurement of 56,984 Smart Phones with a cost of Rs.14,998/ - ( Rupees Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Eight Only ) for each smart phone i.e. , total cost of Rs.85,47,00,000/ - ( Rupees Eighty Five Crore and Forty Seven Lakhs Only) subject to certain conditions to strengthen the monitoring frame work of supply of Milk , Eggs , Nutrition Kits and other essential commodities under YSR Sampoorna Poshana Scheme.
2. The Director , WD & CW Guntur has requested to take necessary action for release of ADDITIONAL BUDGET of Rs.85.46 Crores for procurement and supply of 56,984 Smart Phones to Anganwadi Workers and supervisors since no funds are available in the GoI Schemes pertains to Women Development and Child Welfare Department to meet the present requirement of Rs.85.46 Crores for procurement and supply of Smart Phones to Anganwadi Workers and Supervisors in the reference 2nd read above .
3. In the circumstances reported by the Director , Women Development & Child Welfare Guntur in the reference 2nd read above and after careful examination of the proposal , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.68,61,00,000/ - ( Rupees Sixty Eight Crore and Sixty One Lakh only) as Additional funds to the Director , Women Development & Child Welfare , Guntur , in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2022-23 towards meeting the expenditure for procurement and supply of 56,984 smart phones to Anganwadi workers and supervisors in the state in anticipation of Gol releases and to be adjusted from future receivables duly adjustment to the SNA Bank Account number .
