ORDER : -
In the G.O. 1st read above , orders have been issued granting administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- ( Rupees Ten Crore) to the Mission for Clean Krishna and Godavari Canals ( MCKGC) for the Financial Year 2022 23 under single Head of Account i.e. , 3435041031120280289.
2. Onrequest made be the Mission Director , Mission for Clean Krishna and Godavari Canals the above sanctioned amount Rs.10,00,00,000/ - ( Rupees Ten Crore ) has been surrendered to Finance Department as the budget allotted under single Head of Account is technically difficult to utilize the amount for various requirements of the Mission for Clean Krishna and Godavari Canals .
3. Accordingly in the G.O. 2nd read above , orders have been issued releasing Budget Release Order (BRO) to Mission for Clean Krishna and Godavari Canals for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- ( Rupees Ten Crore ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022 23 to the Andhra Pradesh Mission for Clean Krishna Godavari Canals as detailed below :

Government after careful examination in the matter , hereby issue Administrative Sanction Order for an amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/ - ( Rupees Ten crore ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grant at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022 23 to the Mission Clean Krishna Godavari Canals .
5 . Theprocedure for drawl of funds sanctioned in para ( 3 ) above is as indicated in the G.O. 2nd read above .
6. TheMission Director , Mission for Clean Krishna Godavari Canals shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly .
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - EFS & T, MA & UD ) Department vide U.O.No.FMU0ASD/ 325/ 2022 ( CMP No.1062957 ) , dated : 24.11.2022 .
