O R D E R:-

In the reference read above, the Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur has requested for permission to transfer an amount of Rs.10.00 Crore from CMF as one time transfer to AP e-Vikraya Corporation Limited (APFEVCL) which is a 100% Government company for the sake of meeting immediate logistics requirements for the purpose of conclusion of trade in efarmarket developed to provide multiple options to the farmers for sale of their produce at competitive price. (P.T.O) -2-

2. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to transfer an amount of Rs.10.00 Crore from CMF as one time transfer to AP e-Vikraya Corporation Limited on reimbursable basis for a period of one year by which time the Corporation should be able to generate its own resources to meet such exigencies.

3. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur shall take further necessary action accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O.No:FIN01-FMU0ASD(AC)/85/2020-FMU-AC-CS AH,Dt:21.11.2022.
