ORDER :
The Government have issued the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Delivery Guarantee Rule , 2018 in the G.O. 1st read above to ensure time bound delivery of 73 business specific services initially and subsequently additional business services were added in the references 2nd and 3rd read above .
Accordingly , the following Amendment shall be published in the next Extra- ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette .
Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Act 2017 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.6 of 2018 ) , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Rules , 2018 issued in G.O. Ms. No.101 , Industries & Commerce ( Policy & Investment ) , Dated : 04.09.2018 as
