Read the following:-

1. From the Director General State Disaster Response & Fire Services, A.P., Vijayawada, Lr. Rc.No.2299/Estb/2017, dated 23.09.2022. 2. Proceedings of Departmental Promotion Committee, dated 17.11.2022 communicated through General Administration (Services) Department, U.O.Note No.1894646/Ser.A/2022, dated 18.11.2022.

O R D E R:

In the reference 1st read above, the Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada has submitted proposal to Government for convening Departmental Promotion Committee for inclusion of the names of the officers in the panel of Regional Fire Officers fit for promotion to the category of Additional Director of Fire Services for the panel year 2022-23 and the same was examined and placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Departmental Promotion Committee which met on 17.11.2022, after going through ACRS, relevant records and other material papers of the Regional Fire Officers in the seniority list and after making an overall assessment of their service records and work done, has recommended that the following names of Regional Fire Officers be included in the panel of Regional Fire Officers fit for temporary promotion to the post of Additional Director of Fire Services, for the panel year 2022-23.

3. Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby accept the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee and accordingly include the names of following Regional Fire Officers in the panel of Regional Fire Officers fit for temporary promotion to the category of Additional Director of Fire Services, for the panel year 2022-23.

4. The inclusion of the above names in the panel year 2022-23 is subject to directions/outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs/SLPs etc., if any, pending before Tribunal/Courts etc.

5. The Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, is requested to take further necessary follow up action accordingly in the matter. The ACRs of the officers received in the letter 1st read above, are returned herewith.
