ORDER:
The Government have issued the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Rules , 2018 in the G.O. 1st read above to ensure time bound delivery of 73 business specific services initially and subsequently additional business services were added in the references 2nd and 3rd read above .
2. In the reference 5th read above , AP Public Services Delivery Guarantee (Amendment ) Ordinance 2022 ( Ordinance 12 of 2022 ) was promulgated by Governor of Andhra Pradesh and the same has been published in the Part IV - B , Extra - Ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 31st October 2022 to administer the Citizen services in addition to the Business services .
3. In view of the above , the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Rules , 2018 are required to be amended to include the citizen services to be administered under the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Act 2017 .
4. Accordingly , the following Amendments shall be published in the next Extra - ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette ,
Notification
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Act 2017 ( Andhra Pradesh Act No.6 of 2018 ) , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby

makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Public Services Delivery Guarantee Rules , 2018 issued in G.O.Ms.No.101 , Industries & Commerce ( Policy & Investment ) , Dated : 04-09-2018 as subsequently amended:
Amendments
The schedule of 36 services as appended , is added to the existing schedule .
