The G.O. first read above , the Andhra Pradesh Medical Subordinate Service Rules are issued for various class / categories and posts .
2. In the reference second read above , the Government have issued orders declaration of districts as local area for direct recruitment of certain posts , in Health Medical & Family Welfare Department including the cadre ofPharmacist- Gr.II .
3. In the reference third read above , the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Gollapudi has submitted the proposals for re - organisation of local cadre in respect of the post of the Pharmacist Gr.II from district cadre to Zonal cadre .
4. In the reference fourth read above , the Government of India vide their letter dated 16.01.2019 have informed that the matter has been considered in consultation with Ministry of Law and Justice and it has been observed that the Presidential Order dated 18.10.1975 has unambiguous provisions in regard to Pharmacist Grade II .
5 . In view of the circumstances explained above , after careful examination of the matter the Government issued amendment to the G.O.Ms.No.46 , Health , Medical & Family Welfare ( J2 ) Department , Dated : 29-01-2001 and accordingly the following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub paragraph ( 5) of paragraph (6) of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment ( Organisation of local cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment ) Order , 1975 , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby issue the following amendment to the Notification issued in G.O.Ms. 46 , Health , Medical & Family Welfare ( J2) Department , Dated : 29.01.2001 in Health , Medical & Family Welfare Department .
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification under the " ANNEXURE " , -
1. At Sl.No ( 1 ) , the name of the post " Pharmacist Grade.II " is ' deleted ' 2. The existing Sl.No.s (2 ) , ( 3 ) , and (4) shall become as Sl.No.s " ( 1 ) , (2) and (3) " .

6. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare , Andhra Pradesh , Gollapudi , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
