ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference read above , Government after examination , hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.34,102/ - (Thirty four thousand one hundred and two only ) to Sri Y.Venkateswara Rao ( Retd . ) , Ward Attender , PHC , Kukumanu , Guntur District towards his wife treatment for " CHOLELITHLASIS " " during the period from 13.11.2019 to 18.11.2019 at Sahithi Hospital , Vijayawada , which is an Un - recognized hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules, 1972 .

2. The expenditure incurred in Para ( 1) above shall be debited from the relevant Head of Account .

3. The Medical Bills in original are herewith returned and the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter .

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU.HM & FW ) Department , vide their U.O.No.FMUOPC ( HMF2 )/146/ 2021 , Dated : 01.12.2022 .
