ORDER:
Whereas, it was brought to the notice of the Government that i.n the reference lst read above, d].sciplinary proceedings have been insti.tuted against Sri T. ugandhar, former TahsT.ldar TI.rupati Rural Mandal (Retd) on the allegation that he has issued PPBs to Sri D.Lakshmaiah and two others for the land which was already sold away some two decades back by joi.nt Pattadars and PPBs were also issued to the purchasers. In the reference 2nd read above, the Charged officer has submitted written statement of defense denying the charges.
2. And whereas, in the reference 3rd read above, the Collector, Ch].ttoor has appointed DRO Chittoor as Inquiry officer to inquire I.nto the charges ].ssued agai.nst the said officer. In the reference 4th read above the lnqui.ry offl.cer has submitted his report stating that the charge is not held proved against the Charged Offi.cer Sri T. Ugandhar, former Tahsi.ldar Tirupati Rural Mandal (Retd).
3. And whereas, in the reference 5th read above, wh].le accepting the findings of the Inquiry officer, the Chief Commi.ssi.oner of Land Admi.nistration, A.P., Mangalagi.ri has communi.cated a copy of the Inquiry report to the Charged Off].cer Sri T. Ugandhar, former Tahsildar, TI.rupati Rural Mandal to submit hi.s explanati.on, if any, on the Inquiry report for taking further action in this matter. The Charged officer has submitted h].s explanation on the inquiry report and stated he is not differed and substantiated the same and requested to drop further proceedings against him. As the Charged Officer Sri T. Ugandhar, former Tahsi.ldar was reti.red from service on 31.01.2020, the CCLA vide reference 7th read above, has requested the Government to conclude the disci.pl].nary proceedings under rule 9 of A.P.Revised Pensi.on Rules,1980.
4. Government, after careful examination of the matter i.n detai.I, have decided and hereby drop further action against Sri T. Ugandhar, former Tahsildar Tirupati Rural Mandal (Retd) in this case as the charge 1.s not held proved agai.nst him.
