ORDER:
The appended notification in English and Telugu versions under section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act, 1967 (Act No.1 of 1967 ) for reservation of Gani Extn.II Forest Block in Sy . Nos . 1827,1828-1 , 1828-2 , 1829-1 & 1830 , Panyam Village of Panyam Mandal in Nandyala District to an extent of 8.24 ha or 20.37 Acres of CompensatoryAfforestation land, submitted by Principal Chief Conservator of Forests &Head of Forest Force , Andhra Pradesh , Guntur , in his letter read above , is approved and forwarded to the Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase (Printing Wing) , Vijayawada. He is requested to get the notification published both in English and Telugu in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and furnish Five (5) copies of the Gazette to Government and Fifty (50 ) copies to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests & Head of Forest Force , Andhra Pradesh, Guntur .
2. The District Collector , Nandyala District , is requested to publish the appended notification in the District Gazette , after its publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and on receipt of specific requisition from the District Forest Officer , Nandyala District .

SECTIO SECTION OFFICER NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act, 1967 (Act No.1 of 1967) , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare , that the forest land described in the schedule below (delineated in the map kept in the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests , AP, Guntur ) to be a "Protected Forest " under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette .

1) There are no enclosures to be admitted within the Block .
2) No right of way/ right of water course are admitted in the block :
3) In exercise of Powers conferred by the Sub-Section ( 1 ) of Section 24 of the Andhra Pradesh Forest Act , 1967 ( Act -I of 1967) , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare that all kinds of trees and all classes of trees in the said " Gani Extension - II " Protected Forest to be reserved from the date of publication of this notification in Andhra Pradesh Gazette and District Gazette .
4) And prohibits , except in accordance with the rules made down under this Act , from the date of aforesaid the quarrying , or the burning of line , or charcoal or the collection of subjection of any manufacturing process or removal of any forest produce in the said "Gani Extension - II " Protected Forest and the breaking up or clearing for cultivation for building , for handing cattle or for any other purpose of the said " Gani Extension- II " Protected Forest .
