ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Animal Husbandry Department, A.P Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.1,21,702/- ( Rupees One lakh Twenty one Thousand Seven Hundred and Two Only) ( i.e. after imposition of 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.1,35,225/- on account of treatment taken in an Unrecognized Hospital ) to Dr.M.V.Swamy Babu , Assistant Director ( AH ) , Veterinary Hospital , Podili , Prakasam District towards treatment obtained to himself for " CAD - RECENT IWMI " during the period 15-12-2019 to 23-12-2019 at " SIMS Hospital , Chennai ", in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972.
2. TheDirector , Animal Husbandry Department , A.P Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly. The medical bills/documents are returned herewith in original .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department vide Finance U.O.No.FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) /472 / 2021 ( C No:1540734), Dated:25-10-2021 .
