From the Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada, Lr.Roc.No.3857/B1 / 2022, Dt: 07.11.2022 .
ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination , hereby accord permission to Dr. K.Rangaiah , Deputy Director (AH ) , Veterinary Polyclinic , Chittoor to visit USA and Canada for a period of (181 ) days from 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023 by availing Half Pay Leave on private affairs; subject to the following conditions:-
(i) thatthe expenditure for the purpose will be borne by the individual himself/ herself.
(ii) that no extension of No Objection Certificate shall be granted under any circumstances.
( iii ) that he/she should not undertake any assignment / job abroad during the period of his / her visit.
(iv) that failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the leave period renders he/she is liable for disciplinary action . If he/she does not return within the time , he/she shall be removedfrom service.
(v) that he/ she should furnish his/ her local leave address . Further serving of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as served on the officer. The officer will make adequate arrangements in his /her absence to authorize an appropriate person at the leave address to receive all letters and make arrangements to have these communicated to him/ her through any channel of communication.
(vi ) He/ She should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members/ relatives during this period.
2. TheDirector of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual .
