ABSTRACT
Natural Calamities Mandous Cyclone , 2022 ReliefMeasures Revenue (DM ) Department Distribution of Essential Commodities on free of cost as well as Sanction of Special Scale of Assistance Rs.1000 / - per person subject to maximum of Rs.2000 / - per family to the flood victims whose houses are inundated in flood water in the Districts of Prakasam , SPSR Nellore , Tirupathi , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and Annamayya - Orders - Issued .

ORDER: -
In the reference 2nd read above , the Government have permitted the District Collectors of Prakasam, SPSR Nellore , Tirupathi , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and Annamayya Districts to make payment of Rs.1,000/ - per person subject to maximum of Rs.2000/ - per family to the flood victims who have been sheltered in the relief camps while going back to their homes so that can meet their immediate requirements .
2. TheHon'ble Chief Minister during the flood review meeting with the District Collectors in the video conference today i.e. , 12-12-2022 noticed the problems of the flood victims and the inundation of villages inflood water and it was decided to come to the rescue the flood victims and announced for distribution of essential commodities ( 1 ) 25 Kgs Rice , ( 2 ) 1 Kg Redgram Dall and (3 ) 1 Ltr P.Oil to the flood victims whose houses are inundated in the flood water in the districts of Prakasam, SPSR Nellore , Tirupathi , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and Annamayya on free of cost . In addition to the above , it is also decided to sanction special scale of assistance Rs . 1,000/ - per person subject to maximum of Rs.2000/ - per family to theflood victims whose houses are inundated in flood water .
3 After careful consideration of the matter , Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the DistrictCollectors of Prakasam , SPSR Nellore, Tirupathi , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and Annamayya for distribution of Essential Commodities ( 1 ) 25 Kgs Rice , ( 2 ) 1 Kg Redgram Dall and ( 3 ) 1 Ltr P.Oil to the flood victims whose houses are inundated in the flood water on free of cost and also special scale of assistance Rs.1,000/ - per person subject to maximum of Rs.2000/ - per family to the flood victims whose houses are inundated in flood water.
4. Theabove sanction is in addition to the eligible benefits under SDRF norms issued vide reference 1st read above.
5. TheCommissioner of Civil Supplies and Ex . Officio Secretary to Government , and Vice Chairman andManaging Director , AP State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada are requested to take necessary action for distribution of Rice, Red Gram Dall and Palm Oil duly taking the required indents from the District Collectors concerned immediately and submit necessary consolidated proposals to the Government for reimbursement of the cost of essential commodities .
6. The District Collectors of Prakasam , SPSR Nellore , Tirupathi , Chittoor , YSR Kadapa and Annamayya are requested to ensure distribution of essential commodities and payment of Special Scale of Assistance Rs . 1000 / - per person subject to maximum of Rs.2000 /- per family to all the affected families in the districts with adequate publicity and submit necessary budget proposals to the Government for sanction of budget towards special scale of assistance .
