NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT
ORDER:
In the reference 3rd read above , Smt . A. Sesikala , Section Officer , General Administration , A.P. Secretariat has requested to consider her case for Inter - State transfer from A.P. Secretariat to Telangana Secretariat on mutual basis as Sri P.V. Chalam , Section Officer, Telangana Secretariat ( presently working as Section Officer on Inter- State deputation in GAD , Govt of AP) is willing for Inter - State transfer from Telangana Secretariat to A.P. Secretariat in relaxation of the orders issued in Govt . Circular Memo 1st read above , as a special case . She has submitted an undertaking that she is willing to take last rank below the last regular candidate in the category of Section Officer in Telangana Secretariat , if she is transferred as Section Officer on mutual grounds to Telangana State Secretariat on permanent basis and she will not claim any seniority in future and she will not . approach any courts with respect to seniority .

2. Similarly, in the reference 4th read above , Sri P.V. Chalam , Section Officer , Telangana State Secretariat ( presently working as Section Officer on Inter- State. deputation in GAD, Govt . of AP ) has requested to consider his case for Inter -State transfer from Telangana Secretariat to A.P. Secretariat on mutual basis vice Smt . A. Sesikala , Section Officer , GAD , A.P. Secretariat . He has submitted an undertaking that he is willing to take last rank below the last regular candidate in the category of Section Officer in Andhra Pradesh Secretariat , Velagapudi , Guntur District , if he is transferred as Section Officer on mutual grounds to Andhra Pradesh Secretariat on permanent basis and he will not claim any seniority in future and. he will not approach any courts with respect to seniority.
3. In the letter 5th read above , the Chief Secretary to Govt . , Telangana has accorded for approval for the mutual transfer of Sri P. V. Chalam , Section Officer , Telangana Secretariat to A.P. Secretariat and Smt . A. Sesikala , Section Officer; A.P. Secretariat to Telangana Secretariat , subject to their taking last rank in the category of Section Officer in respective States , in relaxation of the guidelines
(Ρ.Τ.Ο. ) action in the matter accordingly .
4. Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby approve for Inter - State transfer of Smt . A. Sesikala , Section Officer , General Administration Department , AP Secretariat , Velagapudi , Guntur District , A.P. , vice Sri P.V. Chalam , Section Officer , Telangana Secretariat ( presently working in A.P. Secretariat on deputation basis ) on mutual grounds , as a special case , subject to both the individuals foregoing seniority in the present Units /Governments they are working and take last rank in the category of Section officer in respective States/new Units . They are not entitled for any TA & DA claims , as the Inter - State transfers are on request basis .
5 . The General Administration ( Estt.II ) Department , A.P. shall take necessary action to relieve Smt . A. Sesikala , Section Officer , A.P. Secretariat permanently , with instructions to her to report before General Administration ( SU.I ) Department , Govt of Telangana , Telangana Secretariat , Hyderabad for issuing further orders on admitting duty and posting orders .
6. Further , the General Administration ( Estt.II ) Department , A.P. , are requested to relieve Sri P.V. Chalam , Section Officer from General Administration Department , A.P. Secretariat , Velagapudi , so as to enable him to report in GA ( SU.I ) Department as Section Officer in Telangana Secretariat and to enable him to relieve from Telangana Secretariat .
7. The General Administration ( SU.I ) Department , Government of Telangana , Telangana Secretariat , Hyderabad are requested to relieve the services of Sri P. V. Chalam , Section Officer permanently so as enable him to report in General Administration ( SU - I ) Department , Government of A.P. , A.P. Secretariat , Velagapudi .
8 . The General Administration ( SU.I ) Department , Government of Telangana/ General Administration ( Estt.II ) Department , Government of Andhra Pradesh , will take necessary further action in the matter accordingly .
