Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.23 , AHDD & F (AH -I ) Department, Dated: 31.08.2022 .
2. From the Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada , Lr.Roc.No.1375 / BI/2022 , Dated : 11-11-2022.
ORDER : -
Under Rule 10 (a ) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 , certain (7) Deputy Directors of Animal Husbandry, Category (4) of Class-A are temporarily promoted to the cadre of Joint Directors of Animal Husbandry, Category (3 ) of Class -A of Andhra Pradesh State Animal Husbandry Services Rules , 1996 in the scale of pay of Rs.87480-170580 in RPS 2022 and posted in the places as shown under Column (4) in para (3 ) below against their names with immediate effect. The appointment is purely on temporary basis and they are liable to be reverted as Deputy Director at any time without any notice and assigning any reasons thereof.
2. The above temporary promotion is on ad - hoc basis and also in the exigency of service , subject to outcome of OAS /WPS /WAS / RPS / SLPS /CAs if any pending before the Tribunal/ Courts etc.
3. Government hereby order the following postings to the Deputy Directors of Animal Husbandry , Category (4) of Class -A on promotion as Joint Directors of Animal Husbandry, Category (3 ) of Class-A of the Animal Husbandry Department:-

The Deputy Directors ( AH ) , Category (4) of Class -A promoted as Joint Directors (AH ) , Category (3 ) of Class -A should join the post of Joint Director (AH) within ( 15) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment. If they fail to join the post within stipulated period of 15days or evade to join the post by proceeding on leave, the Officers appointment shall be treated as automatically cancelled and the name of the candidate shall be deemed to have been omitted from the list of approved candidates and they shall forfeit the right of appointment for the present panel for the post of Joint Director (AH ) in terms of G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration ( Ser.D) Department , Dated 15.06.2004.
5. Dr.A. Visweswara Rao, Deputy Director (AH ) working against the post of the Joint Director (AH ) , SAHTC , Mandapeta , East Godavari District & DrY.V.Ramana , Deputy Director ( AH ) working against the post of the Joint Director (AH ) , Vizianagaram are directed to report before the Government for further postings.
6. The Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
