2. From the Director of Animal Husbandry, AP Vijayawada, Lr.Roc.No. AHF02-32/ 49 /2021 - EPID SEC - DAH Dt18-11- 2022.
ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada, in the letter 2nd read above , Government after consideration , hereby approve the Letter of Award ( LoA) and accord permission to the Director of Animal Husbandry Department, A.P. , Vijayawada , for issuing Letter of Award ( LoA) and entering into agreement with L1 bidder i.e. , M / s Chandrahas Enterprises , Hyderabad for supply and installation of the following cold chain equipment as per the GeM norms and also the specifications , terms & conditions of RFP issued vide reference 1st read above . The approved Letter of Award ( LoA ) is appended as annexure to thisorder.

Sub: Letter of Award for Selection of Agency( s) for Supply & Installation of Deep Freezers (DFs) .
Ref.: Your Proposal ( L1 ) wrt . , reverse auction; dated : 11/11/2022
1. Thishas reference to the proposal ( the capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Request for Proposal) submitted by your firm to Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh (the " Authority " ) in response to the Request for Proposal Issued by Authority on 15/10/2022 .
2. With reference to your aforesaid bid / proposal being the Lowest Quote ( L1 ) for supply of 50 No's ( approx . ) Deep Freezer ( as mentioned in the table below) as quoted by you during the reverse auction process ( as per the terms & conditions ofGEM) and the subject RFP by the Authority.

3. The performance security of 2 % of the Final Bid value ( in terms of INR) to be paid by the Selected/ Successful Bidder (to be renewed and be valid at all times and shall remain valid for a period of 3 years beyond the warranty period) so as to execute the assignment, shall be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee / DD in the specified format Within 07 days from the data of receipt of notification of award which shall be one among the condition precedents for signing the Service provider agreement with theAuthority.
4. The Performance Security shall be forfeited as Damages without prejudice to any other right or remedy that may be available to the Authority under the tender Documents or otherwise , under the following conditions:
i) Inthe case of Selected Applicant / Selected Bidder, if it fails to fulfil the assignment as mentioned in the Bid document / RFP.
ii) In the case of Selected Applicant / Selected Bidder if it fails to execute theAssignment as per the deliverables agreed with the Authority in the agreement.
The same shall be valid for the entire period as mentioned in para [3] above . By accepting this LoA, it is deemed to agree that the same shall be renewed at least Fifteen ( 15) days prior to the date of expiry of such security deposit submitted to the Authority till the end of validity period asmentioned above.
iv) Makeall necessary arrangements to sign and execute the Agreement with the Authority within Seven (07) days from the date of issue of this LoA.
v) The supplier shall undertake to provide the warranty of 3 years + additional 2 years = 5 years warranty i.e. , "Warranty Period" along with 10 years warranty on Body & 5 years warranty on compressor to the department along with availability of spares for a period of 10 years under the subject tender.
5. The price shall be inclusive of Manufacturing , Packaging , delivery (transportation as per indents raised from time to time) and any other taxes / levies including GST.
6. Please note that , your firm's failure or inability to fulfil any of the requirements stipulated in para [3& 4] above shall render your proposal liable for rejection / disqualification and forfeiture of Bid Security furnished by you and this LoA shall stand withdrawn.
7. Inaddition to the above , you shall comply with all other provisions / requirements of the RFP in their entirety.
Welook forward to an early fulfilment of the above -mentioned requirementsby you . Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this LoA by signing the duplicate copy as a token of your acceptance within three ( 3) days from the date of issue of this LoA.
