ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above , the Registrar , Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University , Tirupati has requested the Government to release the budget of Rs.800.00 lakhs under non - recurring expenditure towards construction of buildings and irrigation facilities of the newly established Animal Husbandry Polytechnic College , Vennelavalasa , Srikakulam District.
2. In the reference 2nd read above , the Finance FMU -A & C, AHDD & F , CS ) Department , have issued Budget Release Order Rs.1,00,00,000/ - ( Rupees One Crore) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022-23 towards construction of Animal Husbandry Polytechnic College at Vennelavalasa Village , Srikakulam District.
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O.2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.1,00,00,000 /- (Rupees One Crore ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022-23 towards construction of Animal Husbandry Polytechnic College at Vennelavalasa Village , Srikakulam District .
4. The amount sanctioned in Para 3 above , shall be debited to the following Head of Account:
