NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above , the Registrar , Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Tirupati has requested the Government to release the sanctioned budget of Rs.800.00 lakhs along with Head of Account details for the work Construction of Animal Husbandry Polytechnic Main Building , Girls Hostel , Boys Hostel , Poultry Shed , Cattle Shed etc. , at Kommemarri (V) , Peapully Mandal , Dhone Constituency during the financial year 2022-23 and also to issue budget release order in favour of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University , Tirupati in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulations so as to take further action by the University .
2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance ( FMU -A & C , AHDD & F , CS) Department, have issued Budget Release Order Rs.2,00,00,000/- ( Rupees Two crore) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022-23 towards construction of Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Polytechnic at Kommemarri Village , Peapully Mandal , Dhone Constituency, Kurnool District .

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 2,00,00,000 / - (Rupees Two crore) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2022-23 towards construction of Animal Husbandry /Veterinary Polytechnic at Kommemarri Village , Peapully Mandal , Dhone Constituency, Kurnool District.
4. The amount sanctioned in Para 3 above , shall be debited to the following Head of Account:
