3. The Finance Department , after a realistic assessment of the progress of procurement of projects proposed under VCIC Tranche - II and taking the current priorities of the Government and debt sustainability of the State into consideration , has consented to take up Seven Sub - Projects out of the 12 Sub- Projects sanctioned earlier , under Tranche - II of VCICDP, at a total cost of Rs.1632.82 Crores ( including land acquisition cost of Rs.164.70 Crores for the road works being taken up by APRDC ) .

Government after careful examination , hereby accord permission to take up revised works under VCIC Tranche - II and also to accord administrative sanction to the Project Director , VCICDP . , for the works under VCIC Tranche - II , at a total cost of Rs.1632.82 Crores (including land acquisition cost of Rs.164.70 Crores for the road works being taken up by APRDC ) and Additional expertise for implementation of the investment components supported by the Project Management and Supervision Consultants ( PMSC ) of the Project as indicated at Para - 3 ( a) , ( b ) and ( c ) above .

4. The Project Director , VCICDP , and the VC & MD , APIIC Ltd. , shall take further necessary action in the matter duly following relevant rules in force .
