ln the circumstances reported in the reference 3'd read above, Government after careful examination, hereby order that the period of waiting for posting from 14.03.2022 to 08.06.2022 for (86 days) including transit period shall be treated as compulsory wait under F R.9(6Xb) in respect of Sri G.V.Subba Reddy, Deputy Collector, workrng as Revenue Divisional Officer, Kandukuru.

2. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh ffhe District Collector, Prakasam District, Ongole shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter.
