ABSTRACT
SD&T Dept. – Emp. & Trg. – Repairs and Minor works to Work Shops, Class Rooms, Administrative Buildings etc. carried out to the two Government Industrial Training Institutes, i.e., Govt. DLTC/ITI, Guntur and Govt. DLTC/ITI, Kurnool - Revised Administrative sanction for Rs.26,01,278/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight only) duly modifying the Head of Account to clear off the pending bills – Accorded - Orders - Issued. =================================================== SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING (E&T.A2) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.152, Dated:16-12-2022 Read the following:-
1.From the CE&T, AP, Vijayawada, letter No.B1/1819/Repairs/ 2017, dated: 4-7-2018 and 2-1-2019. 2.G.O.Rt.No.27, LET&F (EMP)Dept., dt.25-2-2019. 3.From the DE&T, AP, Vijayawada letter No.LAE02-11021(31)/23/ 2022-PLG SEC-COET, dt.26-9-2022.

ORDER:
In the G.O. 2nd read above, Government had accorded work wise administrative sanction for taking up the repair works at 30 listed Govt. ITIs in the State with an estimated cost of Rs.9,93,70,877/- under HoA: 2230-03–103- 270-272.
-2-remaining Govt. ITIs were not taken up and cancelled, as per the instructions issued in U.O. Note No.FIN01-OASD(WR1)/80/2019,dt.29-5-2019 of the Finance (FMU-WR.I) Department. The R&B authorities informed that the works were completed in all aspects and the bills are pending as follows:

She has requested the Government to issue order modifying the HoA: 2230-03- 103-270-272 erroneously mentioned in G.O. 2nd read above, as HoA: 2230-03- 101-04-270-272, so as to make payment for the works already done.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord revised administrative sanction (RAS) for Rs.26,01,278/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight only) duly modifying the Head of Account from 2230-03-103-270-272 to 2230-03-101-04-270-272 to clear off the pending bills pertaining to the said repairs/minor works carried out to the two Government Industrial Training Institutes, i.e., Government DLTC/ITI, Guntur and Government DLTC/ITI, Kurnool.
4. The Director of Employment and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-HE&SDT) Department, vide their U.O. No.FIN01-49027/133/2018-SO(FMU(WCDLH)-FIN, dt.10-11-2022.
