MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & URBAN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT – EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF THE SPECIAL OFFICERS IN (10) MUNICIPAL CORPORATION/MUNICIPALITIES/NAGAR PANCHAYATS-ORDERS-ISSUED.

NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the term of the Special Officers in 10 ULBs viz., Kandukur, Amadalavalasa, Narsaraopet, Ponnur, Kavali, Chinthalapudi NP, YSR Tadigadapa, Podili NP, Alluru NP & B. Kothakaota NP will be expired on 31.12.2022 (1 ULB), 02.01.2023 (4 ULBs) & 11.01.2023 (5 ULBs) as shown in the Annexure.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso under section (1) of section 62-A of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act,1965, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby extend the term of Special Officers to the 10 ULBs mentioned in the Annexure for a period of (6) months or till the elected body comes into office, whichever is earlier .
