Read the following :

1. Lr. No. 2/CPA/APSCDRC/T & T/2022, Dated. 14-12-2022 of FAC Registrar, A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, A.P., Vijayawada.

2. Lr.No. J-15011/6/2022-CPU of Joint Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, New Delhi.

ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Registrar (FAC) A.P., State Commission, Vijayawada in the references read above, Government hereby accord permission to (1) Sri Cherukuri Raghupathi Vasantha Kumar, President, District Commission Kakinada (2) Sri K.Kishore Kumar, President, District Commission, Kurnool (3) Smt. M.Sreelatha President, District Commission, Ananathapur to travel by Air to New Delhi (outside State)in order to attend the captioned celebrations on 24-12-2022 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 20, 2022 The expenditure on the above journey shall be paid to the individuals as per rules in force.

This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per orders in force.

The Registrar (FAC) A P, State Commission, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter.
