From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada , Lr.RC.No.9693/ 1/ 2013 , Dated: 21.10.2022 .
ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. , Vijayawada in the reference read above , and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32 ( 7 ) ( a ) ( i ) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act , 1964 ( Andhra Pradesh Act , No.7 of 1964 ) , Government hereby extend the term of the Official Person - in- charge duly appointing Assistant Director of Fisheries , Kakinada to the District Fishermen Cooperative Society Ltd No.b - 121 , Kakinada erstwhile East Godavari District beyond six (6) months towards 4th Spell w.e.f 01.09.2022 to 28.02.2023 or till the elections are conducted and New elected Managing Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier .
2. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter , accordingly .
